2020-12-21 · COUNCIL POSITION ON THE EUROVIGNETTE DIRECTIVE REVISION On 18 December, the Committee of the Permanent Representatives of the Member States (COREPER) CLECAT has encouraged the incoming Portuguese Presidency to start the trilogue negotiations with the European Parliament (EP) and the Commission as soon as possible.
